Dangaro is a digital service. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Service Delivery & Exchange
- Service delivery: Dangaro is a digital information service. Credits are issued immediately upon payment (charge) completion, and analysis features become available right away. There is no separate shipping process.
- Exchange: Due to the nature of digital content (analysis vouchers), product exchanges are not offered. If a refund is required, our Refund Policy below applies.
Refund Period
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No reason is required.
How to Request a Refund
- Submit request: Send an email to [email protected] with your account email and purchase date.
- Review: We will review your request within 1-3 business days.
- Refund processed: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Service Interruption Compensation
If the service is unavailable due to our fault, we will compensate as follows:
- Outage over 24 hours: Service period extended by the duration of the outage
- Over 72 hours cumulative outage per month: Full refund for that month or 1-month extension
Nature of Credits
Credits sold by the Company are digital vouchers usable solely for Dangaro's channel analysis service. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred or sold to third parties, and are not a rechargeable prepaid payment instrument. Refunds under this policy are provided as a withdrawal of the relevant purchase order, not as a withdrawal of stored value.
Subscription (Recurring) Refunds
For subscription (monthly recurring) plans, cancellation stops charges from the next billing cycle; the already-paid current month is non-refundable on a pro-rata basis. However, if you have not used the service at all after payment, a full refund is available within 14 days of the payment date. Cancellation can be done anytime via My Page.
