Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of the YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channel ad pricing analysis service ("Service") provided by Dangaro ("Company"), including conditions, procedures, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to the estimated ad pricing analysis and related services provided by the Company for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channels.
  • "User" refers to members and non-members who use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  • "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been assigned a user ID.
  • "Pricing" refers to the estimated sponsorship amount provided by the Service and is for reference purposes only.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Modification)

  • These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.
  • The Company may modify these Terms as necessary within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
  • Modified Terms become effective 7 days after notice.
  • Users who do not agree to the modified Terms may discontinue use and withdraw from the Service.

Article 4 (Service Description)

The Service includes the following:

  • YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channel information analysis
  • Estimated ad pricing calculation (Shorts, long-form videos, Reels, Stories, etc.)
  • Channel statistics (subscribers, views, engagement rate, etc.)
  • Other services as determined by the Company

Article 5 (Service Fees)

  • Basic service is free with a daily usage limit.
  • Premium plans are available for purchase. Pricing and payment methods can be found on the pricing page.
  • Full refund is available within 14 days of payment. See our Refund Policy for details.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  • Using another person's information without authorization
  • Commercially using information obtained from the Service without prior consent from the Company
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
  • Interfering with the stable operation of the Service
  • Any other activity that violates applicable laws

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  • Pricing information provided by the Service is for reference only and may differ from actual ad pricing.
  • The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.
  • The Company is not responsible for any expected revenue that users fail to achieve through the Service.
  • The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.

Article 8 (Copyright)

  • All content provided through the Service is the property of the Company.
  • Users may use information obtained through the Service for personal purposes only.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

  • Disputes between the Company and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation.
  • If consultation fails, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall have jurisdiction.

Article 10 (Miscellaneous)

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and the Company's service operation policies.
